Growing up in a multicultural, entrepreneurial family, it has been all about cross-generational collaborations from day one. Industry friends call me a futurist, sometimes trendsetter, and a mix of street-smart psychologist and practical problem-solver.

I started my career in Frankfurt (my absolute favourite city in Germany), moved after to southern France and UK, before I landed in Switzerland 10+ years ago by coincidence. I’ve picked up tons of experience working with multinationals. I’ve helped startups, mid-sized, and big companies unlock their full potential, and it’s been a ride!

On a personal note, I’m super into volunteering and giving back to our planet and society. I got back from Kenya latest, where I worked in monkey conservation! I love sailing, having deep conversations, exploring different cultures, and spending time with my adorable rescue pup, Montgomery!
